Orb Games collects only the information needed to operate and improve the site. We do not require an account to browse or play games.

Information we collect

We may process basic technical information such as device type, browser, pages visited, referring pages, approximate location, interaction events, and performance data to keep the site secure, fast, and reliable.

We may use local browser storage for lightweight preferences such as liked games, recent activity, playtime, daily streaks, and player controls. This preference data stays on your device unless a feature clearly says otherwise.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google AdSense to show ads and support the site. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to Orb Games or other websites, measure ad performance, prevent abuse, and comply with advertising rules. You can manage personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings.

Other third-party advertising vendors or networks may also serve ads on Orb Games. You can learn about participating vendors and opt out of some personalized advertising through YourAdChoices. Opting out of personalized ads does not prevent non-personalized ads from appearing.

We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic and usage. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies and collect device, browser, page, interaction, and approximate location information. Google states that Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses in GA4.

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with the site through analytics and session replay features. Clarity may collect clicks, scrolls, mouse movement, page visibility, performance events, page layout information, and similar interaction data. Clarity may set cookies that use pseudonymous IDs to connect page views and generate aggregated analytics.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Google also offers a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and Microsoft provides privacy choices for Microsoft services.

Where the banner is shown, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you choose to accept optional analytics cookies. If you decline, Orb Games stores that analytics choice in your browser and does not load Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity.

Separately, Orb Games keeps a daily aggregate count when a game is launched so the Trending list can be ranked automatically after you accept optional analytics. The analytics table stores only the game, date, and aggregate count—not an account, IP address, device identifier, or individual play history. A random identifier stored only for the browser session and a short local cooldown help avoid counting repeated reloads; neither is saved with the aggregate count.

Forms and messages

When you report a broken game, request a game, or submit a developer game, we process the details you submit, which may include your name, email address, message, game URL, and related information. We use Web3Forms and Forminit to deliver and manage these submissions. Those providers may also process technical data such as your IP address, browser information, and approximate location to deliver messages and prevent spam under their own privacy terms.

We use form submissions only to review the request, respond when appropriate, prevent abuse, and maintain relevant support records. You can contact us to request deletion of a submission associated with you.

If you accept optional analytics, we may also store normalized searches that returned no results and game request terms as aggregate catalog-demand data. We strip query strings and fragments from sample URLs and remove demand records during maintenance when they are no longer useful for catalog planning.

Third-party games and services

Some games, media, or embedded content may be provided by third parties. Those providers may collect data under their own privacy policies when their content loads or when you interact with it.

How we use information

We use information to operate Orb Games, remember preferences, measure site performance, find broken pages or technical issues, understand which games and categories are useful, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

Children's privacy

Orb Games is not intended to collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Your choices

You may disable cookies, clear local storage, use privacy controls in your browser, or contact us to ask about access, deletion, or other privacy requests. Some site features may not work as expected if cookies or local storage are disabled.
